About Derbyshire Specialists Group

Hi, I'm Liam Taylor - owner of Derbyshire Specialists Group.

I've been involved in property for over 10 years starting with my own flooring company and property development business. I have a passion for developing and improving properties, which I have done for myself several times over the years. 

As a result have a wealth of experience in all aspects of improving and renovating properties from a small flooring replacement to full property renovation - both commercial and residential. The key to any project involving multiple trades is the co-ordination and management of them, and that's why I formed Derbyshire Specialists Group.

We provide one point of contact, one company to payment, and one guarantee. Without multiple trades coming under one umbrella you always run the risk, if something does go wrong, that one trade will blame the issue on another. Resolution can cause delays to your project, additional costs to resolve, or worse, having to find alternatives. If this happens mid-way through a project it can be very difficult to find trades willing to take over someone else's work and this will lead to additional stress on top of the having to live through disruption to your home or business.

I aim to take away as many of those potential issues as possible, whether it's for your own home or business property, or if it's as an property investor working on a tight timescale and budget. We're here to may your property journey as easy and pleasant as possible.
